Requirements will be depending on the role you are applying for but you must LOVE hospitality and for leadership careers you will:

C.Y. O'Connor Village Pub


Our pub is backed by our own ‘Melaleuka Farm’.

Our 3rd generation farm was established in 1948 run by Professor Roger Dawkins (the father), John Dawkins (the son) and his daughter Matilda Dawkins.

The site where C.Y. O’Connor Village Pub sits is actually part of the original farm. The farm was moved to North Dandalup in 2000 and is the base of our farm to table Philosophy. 

The Farm is approx. 5000 acres running 2500 head of cattle with a focus on the Japanese breed Akaushi.

Melaleuka Farm has the largest herd of Akaushi here in Australia.
